  • “Buyer” or “Customer”: Refers to individuals or entities availing services or products from a Merchant and making payments through the Platform using valid accounts, cards, or UPI.
  • “Services”: Refers to the Platform’s functionality, enabling retailers and businesses to accept online payments through a custom Unified Payments Interface (UPI).
  • “Merchant Services”: Refers to the services or products provided by a Merchant to its Customers, with payments processed through the Platform using valid accounts, cards, or UPI.
  • “Third Parties”: Refers to any individual, company, or application other than the User and the Company.
  • “Personal Information”: Refers to any personally identifiable information collected from Users, including but not limited to name, date of birth, gender, location and payment details such as credit or debit card information. For further details, refer to Clause 2.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

NSDPAY TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED operating the Esmart Bazaar Platform, is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your Personal Information.
